Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a vinyl silane modified core-shell structure composite material and application thereof in railway deicing. The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.23-0.57 part of rare earth hexaboride; 26.30 to 31.20 parts of a basic catalyst; 0.27 to 0.33 part of a silicon source; 66.36 to 72.56 parts of ethyl alcohol; 0.60 to 0.89 part of a vinyl silane modifier; the sum of the mass parts of all the components is 100 parts. According to the invention, the rare earth material with the characteristic of rapid heat absorption is utilized to play a huge role in ice melting. The core-shell structure is used for protecting the internal rare earth boride from being damaged, meanwhile, the shell is made of vinyl modified silicon dioxide with super-hydrophobic performance, the modified material has higher hydrophobic property than silicon dioxide, and quick ice melting can be achieved while effective ice prevention is achieved.
