The system comprises side sensors, a safety air bag control unit, a central safety air bag, an auxiliary instrument panel and a far-end passenger seat. The side sensor is connected with the safety air bag control unit and transmits collected signals to the safety air bag control unit. The safety air bag control unit is connected with the central safety air bag and the auxiliary instrument panel, and the safety air bag control unit can send instructions to the central safety air bag and the auxiliary instrument panel; the auxiliary instrument panel receives the instruction and performs corresponding position adjustment according to the position of a far-end passenger seat; the central safety air bag is mounted on the auxiliary instrument panel and is ignited after receiving a control instruction of the safety air bag control unit; the far-end passenger seat is connected with the safety air bag control unit, a weight detectio
