Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a steering lamp control method and device, a steering lamp controller and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of steering lamp control. The method comprises: detecting a steering wheel angle by using an angle sensor; detecting the on-off state of the steering lamp; if the steering lamp switch is in the turn-on state, whether the manual steering intention represented by the turn lamp turn-on state is consistent with the real steering intention represented by the steering wheel turning angle is determined; if the manual steering intention is consistent with the real steering intention, the steering lamp is controlled to flash based on the manual steering intention represented by the turn-on state of the steering lamp or the real steering intention represented by the turning angle of the steering wheel; and if the manual steering intention is not consistent with the real steering intention, the steering lamp is controlled to flash based on the real steering intention represented
