Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides an oil cooling type power assembly and an electric vehicle, the oil cooling type power assembly comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a heat exchanger, a filtering device and an oil pump, and the motor is used for driving wheels of the electric vehicle through the speed reducer; a cooling oil way of one motor comprises at least one rotor oil way and at least one stator oil way, and one filtering device is used for inputting filtered cooling oil into one heat exchanger for heat exchange. Wherein the one or more rotor oil ways are used for receiving the cooling oil subjected to heat exchange from the heat exchanger. And the one or more stator oil ways are used for receiving the cooling oil subjected to heat exchange from the heat exchanger and receiving the filtered cooling liquid from the filtering device through a valve.
