Wherein the amorphous powder resistant to frictional wear is composed of Zr-based amorphous alloy powder and a SiC coating layer, the Zr-based amorphous alloy powder comprises the following chemical components in atomic percent: 23.4%-45.8% of Zr, 15.8%-22.1% of W, 7.1%-10.9% of Nb, 8.7%-12.3% of Ti, 6.3%-10.6% of Cu, 5.9%-8.0% of Ni, 10.1%-10.3% of Mn, 0.05%-2.1% of RE and the balance of difficult-to-avoid impurities, the Zr-based alloy powder is prepared by a high-pressure argon atomization method, then the SiC coating layer is prepared by vapor phase chemical deposition, and the SiC coating layer is prepared by a high-pressure argon atomization method.
