An air inlet is formed in one side of the bottom of the vacuum tank, an air outlet is formed in one side of the top of the vacuum tank, a gas channel is arranged in the vacuum tank, one end of the gas channel communicates with the air inlet, and the other end of the gas channel communicates with the air outlet; the cooling liquid is injected into the vacuum tank and completely wraps the gas channel; according to the vacuum cooling and filtering device disclosed by the invention, cooling liquid is changed into an inner wrapping form from an outer wrapping form, gas in the gas channel is cooled in cooperation with the arrangement of the gas channel with the reduced perimeter, and the cooling effect of the vacuum cooling and filtering device is improved to a certain extent compared with that of existing vacuu |
