Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cultivation method for increasing puerarin content of bamboo mountain pachyrhizua angulatus. The method comprises the following steps that a 500-600-fold diluent of a photosynthetic high-fat film is sprayed 1-3 times in the swelling period of pueraria thomsonii root tubers, and the photosynthetic high-fat film is prepared from dodecanol and hexadecanol. According to the method, the influence of different times of application of the photosynthetic high-fat film in the tuberous root expanding period on the content of puerarin in the harvested pachyrhizua angulatus tuberous roots is compared. It is found that the puerarin content of the harvested pachyrhizua angulatus can reach 0.52% when 500-fold diluent of the photosynthetic high-fat film is sprayed once in the seedling stage, and the puerarin content of the harvested pachyrhizua angulatus sprayed twice and three times exceeds 0.03% specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
