The invention discloses a cultivation method for increasing puerarin content of bamboo mountain pachyrhizua angulatus. The method comprises the following steps that a 500-600-fold diluent of a photosynthetic high-fat film is sprayed 1-3 times in the swelling period of pueraria thomsonii root tubers, and the photosynthetic high-fat film is prepared from dodecanol and hexadecanol. According to the method, the influence of different times of application of the photosynthetic high-fat film in the tuberous root expanding period on the content of puerarin in the harvested pachyrhizua angulatus tuberous roots is compared.
