The invention provides a service message processing method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of service messages of a target service in any processing period of a set time period from a plurality of service nodes based on a preset service burying point; identifying the message type of each service message, and performing pairing operation on each service message; performing first analysis on the plurality of service messages subjected to the pairing operation so as to obtain a target monitoring index corresponding to the target service in the processing period through statistics; and based on a preset early warning rule, carrying out second analysis on the target monitoring indexes corresponding to the target service in each processing period to generate early warning information corresponding to the target service in the set time period. Therefore, the service message of the target service is effectively acquired through the service burying point, and then the service mess
