Communication device, communication method, and communication system

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a communication device, a communication method, and a communication system capable of more easily and accurately transmitting and receiving data in serial communication in a start-stop synchronization mode. The communication device disclosed by the invention performs serial communication in a start-stop synchronization mode. A communication device is provided with: a reception unit that receives reception data comprising a start unit comprising a low data output section of one bit, a data unit that starts in a rising manner, and a stop unit in this order; a measurement unit that measures the pulse width of a section including the low data output section; and a transmission unit that transmits transmission data at a Baud rate based on the pulse width measured by the measurement unit. 本揭露的目的在于提供一种在起止同步方式的串行通信中能够更简便地实现正确的数据收发的通信装置、通信方法及通信系统。本揭露的通信装置以起止同步方式进行串行通信。通信装置具备：接收部，接收按照由1位的低数据输出区间构成的开始部、以上升开始的数据部及停止部的顺序构成的接收数据；测定部，测定包含低数据输出区间的区间的脉冲宽度；及发送部，以基于测定部测定的脉冲宽度的
