Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a wind power climbing control method and system based on double time scales, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining climbing power limit indexes and power climbing rate limit indexes of different time scales according to the actual operation conditions of a wind power plant and an energy storage system, constructing an initial wind power climbing control model according to the climbing power limit index and the power climbing rate limit index; obtaining an optimization target of the initial wind power climbing control model, and constructing a wind power climbing constraint condition, an energy storage system operation constraint condition and a wind curtailment control constraint condition corresponding to the initial wind power climbing control model according to the optimization target; and constructing a final wind power climbing control model according to the wind power climbing constraint condition, the energy storage system operation constraint condition and the wind curta
