The wrapping tape layer and/or the inner sheath are/is wrapped outside the core wire; the outer sheath is formed outside the belting layer and/or the inner sheath, and at least two supporting bodies are uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the outer sheath; and the functional reinforcers are embedded between the two adjacent supporting bodies.
