Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of power evaluation, and particularly relates to a virtual power plant distributed resource controllable potential evaluation method and device. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a cloud-edge collaborative virtual power plant communication network architecture; performing standardized modeling on the regulation and control capability of the distributed resources of the virtual power plant at the edge side; constructing a gray system model in the edge server, performing data correction and primary prediction on the distributed resources, and deducing an initial prediction value of original data; performing secondary prediction on the initial prediction value to obtain a final state prediction value; drawing an output curve with independent distributed resources and after cluster aggregation, and calculating an index value; calculating the weight of a controllable potential evaluation index of the distributed resource cluster; calculating a contr
