Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steel ring clamp structure optimization design method which comprises the following steps: determining size parameters of a to-be-optimized structure of a clamp according to positions of a curing bladder and the clamp; based on the secondary development tool, setting of the curing capsule in a stretching and vacuumizing state is constructed, a simulation analysis task is carried out, and a simulation analysis result is submitted; and according to the obtained simulation analysis result, writing the simulation analysis result into a clamp optimization report, calling an orthogonal test result analysis range method integrated in the report, determining the structure size of an optimal optimization scheme, and outputting the optimization scheme. By designing a quick output clamp structure optimization scheme, the durability of the capsule is improved, and the service life of the capsule is prolonged.
