Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a workshop equipment inspection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: taking the sum of normalized load weight, normalized running speed and normalized current data in a sampling moment as a state parameter; calculating the state abnormity degree of the target moment, constructing a window according to a preset size, and taking the window containing the target moment as a target window; respectively calculating a difference value between the state parameter of the target moment and the state parameters of other sampling moments in the target window, and constructing a difference value sequence; and calculating a vibration abnormal value at the target moment so as to inspect workshop equipment. According to the technical scheme, the accuracy of the inspection result can be improved, the equipment abnormity can be found in time, the equipment reliability is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
