Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an intelligent control system and method for a refractory material production line, and relates to the field of intelligent control. Feature extraction is carried out on forming pressure values at a plurality of preset time points in a preset time period to obtain forming pressure time sequence features; meanwhile, feature extraction is carried out on an ultrasonic signal used for detecting the ceramic fiber block to obtain ultrasonic waveform features containing the quality features of the ceramic fiber block, then the features are correlated to obtain the relation between the quality of the ceramic fiber block and the forming pressure, and the correlated features are optimized; and finally, enabling the optimized features to pass through a classifier so as to obtain the regulation and control direction of the forming pressure.
