Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a calculation method for automatic constant-flow feeding of a grab ship unloader, which comprises the following steps: S1, collecting the feeding flow of a feeding port, and determining the instantaneous flow Q (T/H) of the feeding flow; s2, establishing an automatic constant flow feeding model; s3, automatic constant-flow feeding control, wherein feeding material flow is controlled through the output frequency of a vibration feeder, and a closed-loop control process is formed; and S4, carrying out PID parameter segmented calibration according to the stock of the materials in the funnel so as to optimize the control effect. According to the automatic constant-flow feeding calculation method of the grab ship unloader established based on the PID model, a closed-loop control relation is established between the given frequency of the vibration feeder and the feeding material flow and is easy to realize through PLC programming, the problem that the grab ship unloader excessively depends on
