A cylindrical cavity in the measuring device is formed by two separable cylindrical half cavities, two coupling holes are symmetrically formed in the short circuit surfaces of the cylindrical half cavities respectively, and meanwhile, a TM0np resonance mode with p being an odd number is innovatively selected and used, so that the dielectric constant of a sheet-shaped to-be-measured material is measured in a lossless manner in a broadband. 本发明的目的在于提供一种基于非辐射TM模分离式圆柱腔的复介电常数测量装置、方法,属于微波、毫米波材料电磁参数测试技术领域。该测量装置中的圆柱腔由两个可分离的圆柱半腔形成,且将两个耦合孔分别对称设置于圆柱半腔的短路面,同时创新性地选择使用p为奇数的TM0np谐振模式,从而实现在宽频内无损测量片状待测材料的介电常数。
