Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a biomarker combination, a kit and a system for predicting colorectal cancer liver metastasis and application of the biomarker combination, the kit and the system. A model of six biomarkers (six protein features) and a combined model of the six biomarkers and three clinical features are established and used for predicting risk parameters of colorectal cancer liver metastasis of a subject, the areas under AUC curves of the six biomarkers and the combined model reach 0.899 and 0.904 respectively, the negative predicted value is close to 95%, and therefore the risk parameters of colorectal cancer liver metastasis of the subject can be predicted. According to the method, whether the colorectal cancer patient has the liver metastasis risk or not can be efficiently and accurately predicted at low cost as soon as possible, and meanwhile, the condition of low liver metastasis risk is accurately eliminated, so that a clinical decision is effectively guided, and an individual accurate diagnosis a |
