Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of Maotai-flavor liquor detection and analysis, and relates to a liquor component analysis method based on a vacuum concentration technology and application. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sample pretreatment: taking a white spirit sample to be detected, and carrying out vacuum concentration treatment on the white spirit sample to be detected to obtain a sample to be detected; (2) detecting and analyzing the to-be-detected sample on the basis of an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole electrostatic orbital field ion trap mass spectrometry technology, separating all components in the to-be-detected sample through ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, and directly measuring the components in a mass spectrometer; (3) data analysis: performing qualitative analysis on the components in the sample to be detected based on the data measured in the step (2); wherein the conditions of the vacuum concentration are as follows: the samp
