The long-term load test loading device comprises web member hinge constraint steel frames, hinge connection plates, tension and pressure sensors, opposite-pull screws and high-strength nuts, the web member hinge constraint steel frame is connected with a node test piece to be tested through a hinge connecting plate, and the hinge connecting plate is connected with a node web member through a bolt and is buckled with a plain round steel bar in the web member hinge constraint steel frame to form a hinge constraint state. The opposite-pull screws penetrate through reserved holes in steel plates at the two ends of the to-be-tested node test piece to be connected with the tension and pressure sensors and are tightened through the high-strength nuts for load holding.
