The detection method comprises the steps that vibration acceleration data of a set position of a material pushing centrifugal machine are collected; the actual rotating speed of the material pushing centrifugal machine is calculated through a phase difference frequency spectrum correction method according to the vibration acceleration data; calculating a vibration speed spectrum based on the vibration acceleration data, and searching a spectrum peak in the vibration speed spectrum in a set frequency band range; the central value of the frequency range is set based on the actual rotating speed; setting a rotating frequency harmonic threshold value, counting the number of the spectrum peaks with the amplitudes larger than the rotating frequency harmonic threshold value, and judging whether the material pushing centrifugal machine is loosened or rubbed or not based on the numbe |
