The bridge deflection measuring instrument comprises a plurality of signal receiving devices and a plurality of laser emitting devices, wherein the laser emitting device emits linear laser, and the signal receiving device receives a signal light source emitted by the laser emitting device; when the plurality of signal receiving devices are arranged on the same section of the bridge body at intervals, the laser emitting devices are arranged above/below the bridge body; and when the plurality of signal receiving devices are arranged on the same section below/above the bridge body at intervals, the laser emitting devices are arranged on the bridge body.
