The combustor comprises a shell provided with a combustion chamber and an air inlet; the primary air plate is vertically arranged, and a plurality of primary air holes are formed in the primary air plate; the secondary air plate is transversely arranged, the secondary air plate comprises a plate body and a bending part which are connected with each other, and the plate body and the bending part are each provided with a plurality of secondary air holes; and the fire grates are provided with air inlet channels.
