Whether the 568th site of an ino1 gene has base A mutation into G or not, whether the 1171th site of a guaB2 gene has base G mutation into A or not and whether the 2290th site of an Rv1248c gene has base G mutation into A or not are detected, and drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis to albendamide is judged; the method can be used for rapidly detecting the drug resistance of the mycobacterium tuberculosis to the albendamide.
