The geraniol derivative containing the pyridine structure has a structure as shown in the following formula: # imgabs0 #, wherein R is selected from a substituted or unsubstituted pyridine group. The derivatives show inhibitory activity on multifunctional oxidase (MFO) and carboxylesterase (EST) in adult aedes albopictus, and can be used for preparing anti-mosquito products. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the geraniol derivative containing the pyridine structure.
