Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a synthesis method of dihydrooat alkaloid D and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of synthesis of dihydrooat alkaloid D. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: (a) carrying out acetylation reaction on p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid and acetic anhydride under the catalysis of trifluoroacetic acid to obtain p-acetoxyphenylpropionic acid; (b) dissolving p-acetoxy phenylpropionic acid in a chlorinated solvent, in the presence of DMF, firstly adding oxalyl chloride to carry out acylating chlorination reaction, and then adding methyl anthranilate and sodium bicarbonate to carry out amidation reaction to obtain 2-[(p-acetoxy) phenylpropanamide] methyl benzoate; and (c) carrying out hydrolysis reaction on the 2-[(p-acetoxy) phenylpropanamide] methyl benzoate to obtain the dihydrooat alkaloid D. The method solves the technical problems of low yield, high solvent cost and complex process in the prior art, and achieves the technical effects of high product purity
