The light storage system module supplies electric energy to a plasma activation device and an electrolytic catalysis device in the ammonia fertilizer production module, the plasma activation device activates nitrogen in air, an activated gas product is input into the electrolytic catalysis device for directional catalytic conversion to generate ammonia fertilizer, and the ammonia fertilizer is generated through solution circulation between the ammonia fertilizer production module and a storage tank device. The solution in the storage tank is converted into ammonia fertilizer with required concentration, and finally the ammonia fertilizer is sprayed into farmland through the irrigation module.
