According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the ITO electrode with a certain thickness is sputtered on the flexible substrate with the directional perfluorophthalocyanine copper nanowire array, and a device with an artificial synapse function is prepared, so that the preparation process of the nanowire artificial synapse is simplified; and the influence of the steps of secondary transfer arrangement and the like on the performance of the nanowire artificial synapse is fundamentally avoided.
