Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an operation and maintenance protection system for a metallurgical rail locomotive, and the system comprises a signal collection module which is used for collecting the current locomotive operation data in the metallurgical rail locomotive in real time, and transmitting the current locomotive operation data to a locomotive monitoring module; the locomotive monitoring module is used for comparing the current locomotive operation data with the conventional locomotive operation data and sending a first locomotive control signal to the execution module according to a comparison result so as to control the operation state of the locomotive through the execution module; meanwhile, a comparison result of the current locomotive operation data and the conventional locomotive operation data is transmitted to the operation and maintenance terminal through the communication module; the operation and maintenance terminal is further used for sending a second locomotive control signal to the executio
