Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an antenna built-in filling and glue soaking process which comprises the following steps: step 1, placing an antenna in a fool-proof jig, and enabling a glue injection head of a glue injection machine to be vertical to a product glue injection hole; step 2, Aamp is carried out by a glue injection head; the glue B is sequentially injected into the antenna; and step 3, removing the rubber head after the antenna is vertically placed for a preset cooling time. According to the invention, Aamp is adopted; the process of mixing and automatically injecting the glue B into the internal structure of the antenna is simple, practical and cost-saving; the antenna is sealed and insulated through the polystyrene foam technology, and the service life is prolonged.
