A first sliding plate and a second sliding plate are arranged on the two side faces of the sliding base correspondingly, the interiors of the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate are connected with the two ends of a sliding bolt in a meshed mode correspondingly, the middle of the sliding bolt is sleeved with a transmission gear, the transmission gear is connected with a driving gear in a meshed mode, and the driving gear is connected with a driving motor. A liftable ladder mechanism is installed in the outer frame on one side of the seat, a conveyor belt mechanism is installed above the ladder mechanism, and by arranging
