Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a novel encryption algorithm for multiple medical images based on scrambling and diffusion synchronous updating. An improved tent-logic cross-mixing coupling mapping lattice has a better chaotic characteristic than an original cross-coupling mapping lattice; in an image encryption algorithm, M-box and N-box are constructed by using a bijection function to scramble a single medical image, then the single medical image is horizontally spliced into a large image, the image is divided into eight bit planes, the eight bit planes are respectively subjected to scrambling and diffusion synchronous updating algorithm, and finally an encrypted medical image is obtained. The method has the characteristics of high safety, higher efficiency and the like. 本发明提出基于置乱与扩散同步更新的多幅医学图像新型加密算法,改进以后的帐篷-逻辑交叉混合耦合映射格子比原有的交叉耦合映射格子具有更好的混沌特性;在图像加密算法中利用双射函数构造出M-box和N-box对单幅医学图像进行置乱,然后将其水平拼接为一幅大的图像,将图像分为8个位平面,分别对这8个位平面进行置乱与扩散同步更新算法,最后得到加密后的医学图像;本发明具有安全性高、更加高效等特点。
