An anaerobic fermentation biogas preparation and storage module is used for preparing and storing biogas; the power generation module is used for generating power; the heat production module is used for producing heat; the reactive compensation module is used for compensating reactive power of each node in the power grid; the invention relates to cogeneration equipment for generating power by utilizing biogas. Photovoltaic power generation equipment is connected with an electrical load and a heat pump through a power bus; the invention relates to cogeneration equipment for producing heat by utilizing biogas.
