Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for automatically removing phase distortion, which is applied to digital holographic microscopy and relates to the field of computational imaging. In digital holographic microscopy, phase distortion is usually caused by imperfect components and non-telecentric configuration of an optical system, which severely affects visualization and quantitative measurement of phase contrast imaging. In order to solve the problems, a pure numerical and automatic method is provided to compensate phase distortion. The compensation is modeled as a surface fitting problem without manual selection of samples without background, where the distorted surface is approximated by establishing an inverse problem. By using the l1 norm as a loss function and minimizing an objective function, the distortion can be accurately fitted and numerically eliminated. The aberration surface is accurately estimated, and a high-quality and aberration-free quantitative phase contrast image is recovered. Synthesis and |
