The system comprises an explosion ball which is provided with a discharge port, and a rupture disk is installed at the discharge port; the gas source assembly is connected with the explosion ball and used for supplying gas into the explosion ball, so that the gas pressure in the explosion ball exceeds the designed explosion pressure of the explosion disc; one end of the pressure relief pipe is connected with the relief opening, an anti-explosion material is fixedly installed in the pressure relief pipe, an anti-explosion material front pressure sensor and an anti-explosion material rear pressure sensor are installed in the pressure relief pipe, and the anti-explosion material front pressure sensor is used for detecting first explosion shock wave pressure borne by the anti-explosion material when the rupture disk is opened; the anti-explosion material rear pressure sensor is used for detecting
