Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a photoelectrochemical self-energized sensor coupled with a photothermal effect and application of the photoelectrochemical self-energized sensor in detection of enrofloxacin. The photothermal effect and the photoelectrochemical detection analysis technology are combined, the photothermal effect of poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) is utilized, the poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) becomes a local heater of a sensing electrode, meanwhile, a photosensitive material strontium titanate (SrTiO3) is compounded, and then the electrode is modified with chitosan and an enrofloxacin aptamer. The used aptamer is a split type aptamer, is a good recognition element, and can realize specific detection of enrofloxacin.
