Zusammenfassung: | A method for optimizing a liquid composite node filling port sealing mode comprises the steps that a steel ball is driven into an independent flow channel to simulate sealing of a liquid composite node filling port, a filling pump is connected to one end of the flow channel to inject high-pressure liquid into the flow channel, and whether liquid leaks out of the other end of the flow channel or not is checked; and the steel balls with proper hardness and size are selected to be matched with the runner. According to the invention, the filling pump is connected to the sealing structure of the simulated filling port for high-pressure filling of liquid, and the stress of the sealing structure is simulated, so that whether the hardness and size of the selected steel ball are appropriate is judged, and the best effect is achieved at the lowest cost.
