The method comprises the following steps: firstly, drilling a front original soft rock by adopting a plurality of pre-arranged drill holes which are circularly arranged, then drilling through drill holes and chambering by taking the geometric center of the plurality of drill holes as a circle center, and communicating all the drill holes to form a large-diameter drill hole for deformation and stress release of surrounding rock of a roadway.
