The construction method mainly comprises the following steps of shaft dewatering construction, construction of fender posts and inner supports, earth excavation, net spraying between the fender posts, trial rotation of a cutterhead, brick wall building and backfilling, construction of a cover plate and shield re-pushing. Large-particle-size boulders and pebbles are taken out in the mode that the vertical shaft is excavated in front of the trapped cutter head, the problem that the cutter head is clamped can be thoroughly solved, the trapping-out effect is remarkable, and the shield equipment protection effect is good.
