Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for promoting spontaneous generation of bubbles in steel to remove inclusions, which comprises the following steps: 1) after molten steel smelting alloying and before pouring, placing molten steel in a closed space, adjusting the atmospheric pressure to 0.1-0.5 Mpa, then carrying out gas storage treatment on the molten steel through bottom blowing, and always keeping the pressure in the closed space unchanged in the process; (2) the atmospheric pressure in the closed space is adjusted to 0.0001-0.01 Mpa, then the molten steel is subjected to bottom blowing gas treatment, and the pressure of the closed space is kept unchanged all the time; and (3) after bottom blowing gas treatment, molten steel spontaneously generates tiny bubbles. The treatment time for spontaneously generating tiny bubbles is greater than or equal to 5 minutes. A large number of uniform and fine bubbles can be generated at all parts in molten steel, the bubbles can play a role in weak stirring on the molten |
