Comprising a water mist pipeline used for guiding water flow generating water mist; the connecting block forms an accommodating cavity for accommodating the water mist and allowing the cable to pass through; the inner pipe is used for sleeving the part, between the connecting block and the electrical element, of the cable; the outer pipe sleeves the outer side of the inner pipe, and an interlayer space is formed between the outer pipe and the outer wall of the inner pipe; the water mist pipeline is fixedly installed in the containing cavity of the connecting block, and the interior of the water mist pipeline communicates with the containing cavity. The ends of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are fixedly connected to the connecting block so that the interlayer space can communicate with the containing cavity.
