Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a trachinotus ovatus skin polypeptide with anti-photoaging activity and a preparation method and application thereof, relates to the technical field of biology, and aims to solve the problems of incomplete proteolysis, low polypeptide yield and the like existing in the proteolysis method for preparing bioactive peptides at present and cause relatively great resource waste. The invention provides a preparation method of trachinotus ovatus skin polypeptide with anti-photoaging activity. The preparation method comprises the following steps: unfreezing trachinotus ovatus skin, cutting into pieces, degreasing, removing impure protein, grinding and freeze-drying to prepare trachinotus ovatus skin fragments; ultrasonic-assisted protease enzymolysis is performed to prepare golden pomfret skin enzymatic hydrolysate; and freeze-drying the enzymatic hydrolysate to obtain the trachinotus ovatus skin polypeptide. The trachinotus ovatus skin polypeptide is used for inhibiting photoaging of human imm
