Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a nitrogen heat exchange device and method for converting high-temperature waste heat from smelting flue gas acid making, the device is composed of a production system, a heat exchange system and a desulfurization system, the production system comprises a purification mechanism, a drying mechanism, a conversion mechanism and an absorption mechanism, and the heat exchange system comprises a nitrogen heat exchanger and related corollary equipment. The desulfurization system comprises four desulfurization towers, a material circulation mechanism, an active coke regeneration mechanism and a dust collection mechanism. The invention develops an application technology of high-temperature waste heat generated by acid-making conversion of the smelting flue gas; through early-stage process design and optimization, the temperature stability of a desulfurization regeneration tower is remarkably improved, desulfurization electricity is saved, the treatment cost of active coke tail gas desulfurizat
