The method comprises the following steps of: 1, carrying out semi-finish turning on a friction surface; secondly, finish machining is conducted on the friction surface; 3, measuring the roughness of the friction surface, and calculating an average value; fourthly, the friction face cutter lines are subjected to flattening machining; and 5, detecting the roughness of the friction surface.
