Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an application of JWA polypeptide in preparation of an anti-androgen alopecia medicine. The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is shown as I or II: I: FPGSDRF-Z; iI, X-FPGSDRF (Field Programmable Gate Array)-Z; wherein the amino acid S is modified by phosphorylation, and X and Z are amino acids or amino acid sequences respectively. The JWA polypeptide can directly reach hair follicle cells through targeting integrin molecules and enter the cells to play roles in regulating hair follicle proliferation, promoting hair growth and the like; the hair follicle stationary period is obviously shortened, and the hair follicle growth period is prolonged; the sizes of hair rods and hair follicles are increased; the expression level of target cell integrin molecules alpha v beta 1 can be improved, and a hair follicle stem cell signal channel MEK/ERK/E2F1/SP1/Wnt10a/10b/beta-catenin can be accurately activated.
