Method for culturing blue-green algae crust by using corn straw

The invention provides a method for culturing blue-green algae crust by using corn straws. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly spreading artificial cyanobacteria crust inoculant fragments on a sand surface, laying a corn straw curtain on the sand surface on which the fragments are spread, and carrying out cyanobacteria crust culture. According to the method, the corn straw curtain is adopted for assisting blue-green algae crust culture, so that the coverage, thickness, chlorophyll content and polysaccharide content of the blue-green algae crust can be remarkably improved; further, it is found that the coverage degree and the laying mode of the corn straw curtain have influences on the indexes, and therefore the method with the excellent comprehensive improvement performance on the coverage degree, the thickness, the chlorophyll content and the polysaccharide content of the blue-green algae crust is obtained by adjusting the coverage degree and the laying mode of the straw curtain, and the meth
