Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an adhesive sheet which can be used when transferring an electronic component, can contribute to improvement of production costs, enables excellent positional accuracy of the electronic component, and excellent fixity and peelability of the electronic component to the adhesive sheet, and enables prevention of contamination of the electronic component and prevention of damage to the electronic component. The adhesive sheet according to the present invention is provided with an adhesive layer comprising an active energy ray-curable adhesive, the active energy ray-curable adhesive containing an ultraviolet absorber and/or a photopolymerization initiator, the adhesive layer having an initial indentation modulus of 4 MPa or less at 23 DEG C, and the adhesive layer having an initial indentation modulus of 4 MPa or less after irradiation with ultraviolet rays of 460 mJ/cm2.
