Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a photoelectric detector based on an MAPbI3 perovskite nanowire array and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of photoelectric detector preparation. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a PDMS template with a grating structure on one side surface, then fitting the grating structure surface of the PDMS template with a glass substrate, and immersing into a perovskite solution to obtain a perovskite nanowire array growing on the glass substrate; and evaporating two transverse gold electrodes on the surface of the nanowire array to obtain the photoelectric detector based on the perovskite nanowire array. According to the invention, the MAPbI3 perovskite nanowire array is prepared by adopting a capillary condensation phenomenon, the template and the substrate do not need to be processed in the preparation process, the requirement on the hydrophilicity of the template and the substrate is not high, and the process is simple and universal;
