The system comprises a cloud server, edge nodes and an engineering machinery group, the cloud server is connected with a plurality of edge nodes through a network, the engineering machinery group comprises a plurality of engineering machinery, and the edge nodes are in one-to-one correspondence with the engineering machinery, control the operation of the engineering machinery and detect the real-time state of the engineering machinery; the cloud server receives and processes a user instruction, converts the user instruction into an engineering machinery executable task and then dynamically allocates the task to the edge node, and the edge node controls the engineering machinery to perform corresponding actions after receiving the task; and the edge node detects the operation parameters and the real-time state of the engineering machinery in real time and feeds back the operation pa
