Glue is solidified on a spherical lens, quartz glass is bonded on a ceramic substrate dam, liquid is filled between the position over a light-emitting device and the spherical lens, the filling liquid is completely attached to the position above a chip and the lens, the refractive index of the filling liquid is between the refractive index of the light-emitting device and the refractive inde
